I am a practical individual, driven to solve problems and consider how products can be developed through effective design. A successful placement at a UK manufacturer of fly control and hygiene products led to an interest in design driven business models and design for manufacture, especially cost-effective methods for profitable, UK manufactured products. I have a personal interest in vintage items and often admire the subtle tactility and quality that are seldom found in many modern products. As a result I often find inspiration in mid-century design and aim to encompass contemporary technologies with traditional materials and style.
