Nutriment
Nutriment is a community-based nutrition-sharing app that is designed to help with the ever-increasing obesity levels and the NHS crisis within the UK. It aims to help people create a long-lasting healthy lifestyle through good nutrition.
I choose to dive into this topic because I am extremely health-conscious myself. I am a qualified personal trainer and someone who has played sports their entire life, I have seen the huge benefits of living a fit and healthy lifestyle.
The app was created to help anyone who wants to change, start fresh or commit to a healthy lifestyle that will benefit them hugely in the long term.
The app is a community-based design with the community at its heart, sharing your journey and following friends, family and everyone around you in the pursuit of long-lasting health.
BLOCKS
Blocks' is a multi-functional light that includes a table lamp and a floor lamp that can be connected to form one large floor lamp. With its minimal industrial style, it is non-obtrusive, while being a statement piece for the owner's living room.
Luxe industrial inspired this project, with the demographic being the consumer of a popular retailer. The demographic and trend worked hand-in-hand with each other, with many young people living in industrial-style homes or apartments. Dimmable hanging bulbs provide a high level of comfort when relaxing at home, as does exposed cabling on the rear of the lamp and a stand-out moulded frame is made of Jesmonite.
