I'm a designer with a background in structural packaging, focused on creating lasting products that balance function, aesthetics and sustainability. I approach projects with a clear understanding of how things are made, distributed and maintained - especially how repairability and durability can be built into products from the outset, rather than treated as afterthoughts. I design with purpose, devloping solutions that support better use, less waste and longer life.
Trayce

Traceability is one of the NHS's most critical yet under-leveraged tools in surgical care. Trayce streamlines communication between sterile services and operating theatres to reduce cancellations, increase accuracy and optimise resource use. Replacing paper set lists and single-use filters with a durable, autoclave-ready solution that is built to withstand rigorous clinical cleaning protocols. By improving visibility of instrument status and enabling faster, more reliable set checks, Trayce reduces the risk of missing or faulty instruments - a key cause of last-minute cancellations. It supports more regular instrument maintenance, fewer unnecessary replacements and a more responsive SSD workflow. It's not just a box - it's a sterile container system designed to drive long-term value across the NHS. Improving safety, sustainability and surgical readiness from decontamination to incision.
PONGO

Sustainability within consumer products is often perceived to compromise functionality in order to meet targets. PONGO is designed to bridge the gap between sustainability legislation and functional consumer products. Combining benefits of established manufacturing processes with renewable materials and surface finishes to promote longevity and circularity, whilst simultaneously fostering a culture of repairability. The modular push-fit electronics serve a number of purposes, from subtle contrasting on the product itself to enabling evolution in line with technological advancements. PONGO is THE fully repairable task light.
