Vireo is a modular wall-mounted system designed to bring nature indoors for city dwellers living in compact apartments. Tailored for urban environments where floor space is limited, Vireo transforms blank walls into vibrant, living plant displays. The system features a series of interchangeable pots and components that can be configured to suit individual preferences, plant types, and spatial constraints.

Vireo encourages customisation and creativity, giving users the freedom to build their own indoor garden in a way that complements their home. Whether you're an experienced plant parent or just starting out, Vireo makes plant care more accessible by offering better visibility, airflow, and integrated support for a wide range of houseplants.

Rooted in biophilic design principles, Vireo enhances indoor environments by promoting wellbeing and a stronger connection to nature. It's not just about plants - it's about creating calm, revitalising spaces that grow with you.

Carebnb

CareBnb is a thoughtfully designed toiletries package aimed at helping Airbnb hosts provide a standardised, hotel-like experience for their guests. The package includes refillable soap and shampoo dispensers for both shower and basin areas, ensuring convenience, sustainability, and a professional touch. With a one-time delivery, hosts become "CareBnb Hosts", enhancing guest satisfaction and increasing the likelihood of positive reviews and repeat bookings, a win-win for both hosts and guests.

I developed this project because I wanted to explore how a brand could be expanded effectively. During my placement year, I worked in branding and marketing, which gave me valuable insight into how businesses create strong identities and attract customers. CareBnb allowed me to apply this knowledge by creating a product that adds value to Airbnb hosts while reinforcing their brand image through consistency and quality.

By offering a standardised toiletries solution, CareBnb not only improves guest experiences but also helps hosts differentiate themselves in a competitive market. The project merges branding, user experience, and marketing strategies to create a simple yet effective product that meets the needs of modern Airbnb hosts. Through this, I was able to further develop my skills in branding, product development, and consumer engagement.
