Loma Chair
Loma Chair is a sculptural outdoor lounge seat that invites users to connect with nature through form, scent, and material. Cast from terrazzo-style Jesmonite, its smooth, monolithic surface references Mediterranean stone architecture while offering durability and timeless appeal. Integrated into the backrest is a planter made from recycled plastic, designed to hold aromatic herbs like rosemary or lavender. As users recline, the fragrance gently activates the sense of smell - creating a personal, multisensory experience that forms an emotional connection between user and object.
The chair's low, relaxed profile encourages pause and presence, while its minimal, geometric silhouette ensures it complements both public and private outdoor spaces. More than furniture, Loma is a quiet ritual - a place to sit, breathe, and reconnect. It reflects a belief that sustainable design is not just about materials, but about creating objects that endure emotionally as well as physically.
