Sawa Table

The Sawa Table blends practical design with cultural meaning to create a strong sense of togetherness. Named after the Arabic word Sawa, which means “together” or “togetherness”, the table is designed to bring people closer, both physically and
emotionally. Its round shape encourages equal participation and easy conversation,
removing the sense of hierarchy that can come with rectangular tables.
At the centre of the table is a metal trivet, useful for placing hot dishes and also a symbol
of gathering and connection. The design of the table combines modern simplicity with
traditional Middle Eastern influences. The trivet features a detailed geometric pattern
inspired by the art and architecture of the region. These patterns add beauty while also
representing unity and balance.
More than just a piece of furniture, Sawa is a space for sharing meals, stories and meaningful moments. It’s a bridge between cultures and a way to bring people together.
Layer Stool

The Layer Stool was designed for Allermuir with cafés and busy commercial spaces in
mind. It combines simple, clean design with durability, making it ideal for everyday use in
hospitality settings.
Made from birch plywood with solid ash timber supports, the stool is lightweight yet strong.
The pale birch gives it a clean, modern look, while the ash adds extra strength and a natural
contrast in texture.
Its shape is defined by smooth curves and tapered legs, with rounded edges on the seat for added comfort. A cut-out handle in the side panel makes it easy to lift and move around.
Perfect for flexible café layouts. Practical, stylish, and made with quality materials, this stool is a versatile addition to any contemporary commercial space.
