Eclipse
Inspired by traditional Japanese interior design, this elegant mood light blends natural materials with modern functionality. The cylindrical form is divided diagonally, showcasing a refined contrast between the base and upper section. The bottom portion is crafted from carbonised wood using the Japanese technique, which preserves the wood and gives it a rich, textured black finish. The top half is made from frosted glass, softly diffusing the LED light within. This combination of materials not only reflects the wabi-sabi aesthetic of beauty in simplicity and imperfection but also creates a visually striking piece that complements minimalist and contemporary interiors. The frosted glass gently casts light in different directions, allowing for an ambient, calming atmosphere that adapts to various moods and settings. Whether placed on a table, shelf, or in a quiet reading corner, the light serves as both a functional object and a decorative accent.
