I'm a creative individual that enjoys working with sketch models and sketching. Final year has developed my interest in app development. Outside of product design I have an interest in electronic music and exploring.
Discovery
This project is an app that aims to encourage exploration. Users select a close by area of nature in app and are directed there. Upon arrival augmented reality posts of art work related to the location can be found, but only accessed when the user ventures to the spot they were posted. This project aims to aid in stress reduction by engagement with nature, encouraging regular exercise, fostering a sense of community and facilitating user discoveries by encouraging travel to new places.
Arthritic Garden Tools and Carry
This project is a set of hand tools and carry for arthritic people in later life. The wide handles form was developed through testing with the target market. Padded ends to the handles allow for low strength users to push the tool down with their wrist. The carry can be carried like a handbag or toolbelt dependent on user preference and can be attached to kneeler or Zimmer frame.
