Design thinking has been part of my life from a young age, starting with building and creating through Lego and Brio. Growing up with Danish design culture also shaped my approach, particularly the values of simplicity, functionality, and human-centred design.
My work focuses on user interaction, problem solving, and functional design, shown through projects such as my ongoing climbing holds project and the Leur Pendant light for Devol. I am interested in the relationship between people and objects, and I aim to create designs that are thoughtful, functional, and meaningful in everyday life.

CUT LOOSE

Inspired by the growth of indoor climbing and the waste created by traditional holds, CUT LOOSE is a modular climbing hold system combining a permanent plywood macro body with interchangeable textured climbing surfaces. As hold surfaces are typically the first area to wear or fail, the system allows these sections to be replaced independently, extending hold lifespan, reducing material waste, and increasing route-setting flexibility. Designed around modern climbing aesthetics, ergonomic movement, and commercial gym use, the system supports a more adaptable and circular approach to climbing hold design.

The Leur Pendant

The Parisian Ripple Pendant is inspired by the romance of Belle Époque cafés and handcrafted English lighting, blending aged brass, porcelain, and rippled glass into a timeless design. Its hand-finished porcelain shade forms a soft, organic silhouette with a curved lip referencing classic Art Nouveau tableware. Beneath, a mouth-blown rippled diffuser casts a warm, dappled glow while subtly revealing the bulb and brass fittings, celebrating craftsmanship. Designed to be both atmospheric and functional, this pendant sits beautifully in modern or traditional interiors, illuminating dining tables, kitchen islands, or reading corners with warmth and character.
