This project proposes a handheld, desk-friendly roller device designed for software developers who spend long hours in focused, sedentary work. It supports short micro-breaks by offering a quiet, one-hand tactile interaction that helps release tension and restore a sense of control without pulling the user into high-distraction behaviour. Alongside the continuous rolling action, the device provides simple on-screen cues and short game modes to introduce light variation and maintain engagement over time. The intended outcome is a small, repeatable “reset ritual” that helps users return to calm focus and flow more smoothly during long work sessions.
