Knowing that distance is often unavoidable, Captur is a connected camera and printing system designed to help families stay emotionally close, even when living far apart. The product blends modern technology with familiar forms of communication such as handwritten notes and physical photographs, encouraging slower, more thoughtful connections across generations. Simple, user‑friendly, and built from durable materials, Captur is designed to last and become part of everyday family routines, turning distance into an opportunity to share small moments rather than a barrier.

The Belle Époque Fabric Light

Designed for deVOL, this Parisian inspired café light was created by hand sewing fabric onto a brass frame, allowing me to experiment with how materiality and form interact with shadows and shape atmosphere within the home.
Drawing inspiration from the elegant fashion of the Belle Époque period, integrating elements of traditional Parisian style with modern design. The fabric shade is suspended by structured brass spheres and chains, creating a warm ambient glow around the room while also casting more distinctive shadows onto the ceiling. The contrast between the translucent fabric and the opaque brass details gives the piece a distinctive character, establishing it as a distinctive centrepiece.
The lower shade can be adjusted along the chain, allowing the user to change shadow placement and create new patterns throughout the room, offering a visual appeal and an engaging user experience.
