Hi! I’m Izzy and I design to make a change in the world. To help create a world where products are practical for all and have a purpose to make a positive impact on somebody’s life. Accessibility and sustainability are both huge parts of my design process. Whether that be designing for people with disabilities or removing social barriers to good design, all whilst thinking about how the product will have a lasting impact on our environment.

The Quiz Box is a children’s educational game that aims to promote communication skills within Key Stage 2-aged children. It helps to build communication and collaboration skills that were lost or not developed due to a lack of peer interaction, caused by the COVID-19 pandemic lock-downs. The product is a classroom and group-based activity, led by the teacher, with context cue cards and lesson plans included to help aid the use of the product.

The Chanelle Wall Light

The Chanelle Wall light is a mood light that aims to create a warm and
inviting atmosphere within the home. Whether that be in larger living spaces
in the home such as a living room, or in a bedroom or bathroom, to create a
new ambience.
The Light is designed with 1920 Art Deco influences in mind, whilst also
keeping with the contemporary and heritage English stylings of DeVOL.
