Design for me has always been tied to music. I’ve spent years playing drums, and that experience shaped the way I think creatively, through constantly experimenting and finding new ways to make something feel right. Being a musician has trained me to embrace challenges and understand that restraint can be just as powerful as complexity. That mindset carries directly into my design work.
My background in packaging design, developed during my placement, taught me how to balance creative flair with critical precision. Alongside that, I’ve always designed independently, creating posters and visuals for my band and treating graphic design as both a craft and a personal outlet.
I’m drawn to objects that age well: mid-century furniture, all things vintage, and products that feel better the longer you live with them. I value simplicity, but only when it’s executed beautifully. The everyday items that stand out to me are the ones made with care and exceptional craftsmanship. That’s the standard I hold myself to in my own work: thoughtful, honest design that feels considered and built to last.

Aevren Practice Pad

Aevren began with a simple idea: to create a practice pad for drummers that feels worthy of keeping for life. Rather than another disposable piece of equipment, the project brings together craftsmanship, longevity, and emotional connection through an object that exists equally as an instrument and a piece of furniture. Combining the function of a traditional practice pad with the refined aesthetics of mid-century design, Aevren is made to belong in a space, not disappear into it. It encourages regular use and a lasting connection between player and object that deepens over time. Aevren is designed to be the last practice pad you will ever own...

Ritual Studio Lamp

The Story.

Inspired by my experience as a musician, this design reflects the ritual of practice and intentional creativity. Like Parisian cafés that nurture artistic expression through atmosphere, the lamp helps transition an ordinary space into a creative environment through light. It features two light sources: an upward glow for focus and productivity, and a softly diffused lower light that creates a warm, café-like ambience. Turning the lamp on signals the start of creative focus, while switching it off marks rest. In the home, it functions as both a creative tool and an atmospheric light, bringing rhythm and intention into everyday spaces.
