BSc

Having completed an industrial placement at Samsung Electronics as the Knowledge Associate in the CX (Customer Experience) department, I am currently in my final year of a BSc in Product Design at Nottingham Trent University, while working part-time in the Client Success team at Passle. Working at Samsung has given me a strong knowledge of Technology, and Customer Experience, while fuelling my passion for both.

As a designer, I like to combine great design with the pragmatism of engineering things to work well through using advanced problem solving skills. In addition to this, throughout all projects; social, economic, environmental, and aesthetic elements of design remain at the forefront of my thinking.

The method of counting shelf stock uses accessible business/stock data and RFID, and it is the most effective approach in terms of cost, aesthetics, and practicality.
